Coffee is composed of up to 98% water. Yet, it's often the most overlooked ingredient. For this exceptional workshop, we welcome Nemo Pop, 2025 Aeropress World Champion and renowned expert in water optimization for specialty coffee.
This is a rare opportunity to ask your questions to one of the world's best baristas and understand why your coffee at home never quite tastes the same as in a shop.
